KBBot is hosted on Google Cloud Platform. Once you sign up, each customer is assigned a unique subdomain identifier, and all customer data is stored in a unique private GCP Bucket and Vertex Datastore.
We encrypt data at rest using AES-256 bit encryption and data in transit using TLS 1.2.
We currently support 2FA and username/password authentication. Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML-based Identity Providers (IDP) with OAuth support is on our roadmap.
We leverage Vertex AI and create custom datastores for each customer, along with private GCP buckets for file storage. This allows secure querying of your private data. For OCR functionality we leverage Vertex Document AI.
